IMPORTANT

The minimum booking time is 3 hours. After that, the fee will be charged per additional hour used.

Attention: A $15 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount is refundable according to the cancellation policy. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the scheduled date.

Is there a Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the security deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will forfeit the security deposit.
If the booking is canceled after the total balance has been paid, the full payment is non-refundable.

Cancellations made on the scheduled day by the client are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled if the service provider and park entry availability allow.

Contracted hours not used are non-refundable.

Do families need to pay for their nanny's park admission?

At Disney and Universal parks, it is not necessary to pay for admission for the person assisting you.
However, at other parks it will be necessary to purchase tickets.

When will I be contacted?

You will receive a reminder via text message , 24 hours before the scheduled day.

Can I book the service for more than one day?

es, you can book the service for more than one day. However, each reservation must be made separately, according to the requested dates.

Can I tip my nanny?

Yes!! Tips are alwas appreciated, but not required.

Can parents leave the parks while the nanny stays with the kids?

No! With the Park Chaperone service, parents can take time for themselves away from the kids, but they must remain inside the park.
